Frequently Asked Questions:
Our standard shipping rates refer to delivery within 2-3 Business days after your order is shipped. These range from $9.95 and up depending on the price of your gift. Next Day is available for $20.00 in addition to standard delivery charges per gift. Saturday delivery (where available , is an additional $25.00)
When will my order arrive?
We ship all gifts to arrive within 2-3 business days after it leaves our bakery. Most gifts shipped to a Pennsylvania address arrive the next Business day after we ship. Your order must be placed by 1 pm EST for us to ship it that day. We ship to PA,MD,DE and OH Monday through Friday, and to all other states Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 1 pm on Thursday to states other than PA, MD ,DE & OH will be shipped the following Monday unless Next Day Air or Saturday is chosen. We will send you an email with the tracking number of the gift when we ship it so that you can see when your gift is delivered.
Do you have any products free of Nuts?
No, we cannot guarantee that our products have not come into contact with some form of tree nut or peanut butter due to the fact that we do use these ingredients in our bakery.
Do you have a retail store?
No,we do not sell our products from a retail store. Our bakery is operating for mail-order, website, and phone sales at this time, however this summer, beginning June 4th, we are opening our bakery outlet so that our customers can stop by and try our fresh baked goods right out of the oven! Our summer hours are : Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12 noon to 6 pm. We are located at 947-G Old Frankstown Rd in Plum Boro, Pa 15239.( upper level near Detail King)
Sales Tax:
We collect PA & local Allegheny county Sales Tax on certain applicable items if shipped to Pennsylvania address.
Where are you located?
We are located in Western Pennsylvania outside of Pittsburgh in the town of Plum. Our bakery is inspected by the Allegheny Health Dept. and licensed by the PA. Dept. of Agriculture.
